Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team at contactpawffly@gmail.com in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund.


Priority + Insured Shipping

If you’ve selected Shipping Protection, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit.


Lost / Missing Packages

Pawffly is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.


Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.


Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time: 20 business days.

  • This does not include our 2–3 day processing time.

  • All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.


Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. In some cases of free shipping, tracking may not be available.


My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at contactpawffly@gmail.com.
